For Malaysia, there will be a flat rate shipping of MYR $8 to anywhere in Malaysia by express courier service.

International order

Orders Cancellation

We appreciate you for shopping at our online store, but we regret that orders cannot be cancelled or exchange once it has been processed and delivered. You may however request for exchange if there is after you received the orders. Please refer to our exchange policy.

Exchange Policy

We are gladly accepting any request of exchange that is made within 7 working days from the date of receiving your items. All exchange subjected to confirmation with us via email or contact. The following conditions apply:

Customer need to take a picture of the items damage condition and email to us at enquiry-sg@dearsmartkids.com or enquiry-my@dearsmartkids.com

Delivery or shipping fee are not refundable and customer need to sent us the exchange item on own cost.

Special or discounted priced items are final sales and will not accept for exchange.

Item to be send back or return must with their original packaging.

Return items cannot be accepted on soiled, worn, stained, or washed merchandise.

DearSmartKids will not responsible for loss or items damaged on the way send back for an exchange purpose. Customer need return the items properly with proper packing and protection to ensure that items do not get damaged and insure them if sending by post.
